Small Sun Necklace in Sterling Silver

This beautiful sterling silver necklace is cast from my wax sculpture of a sun, with beads of Czech Glass and sterling silver feathers.

This is a stunning summary of the myth of Icarus, the beads represent the beeswax melting from the sun, the feathers falling out of his wings, and the ever present sun looming over it all.
